My name is Greg Williams and I am excited to have your child in my room this year. I have been teaching in the Saline district for the past nine years. I started at Harvest Elementary where I taught three years of fourth grade. I then moved to Pleasant Ridge where I taught third grade for four years. This will be my third year teaching sixth grade at SMS. Prior to coming to Saline, I taught for four years in Charlotte, North Carolina. I spent two years teaching second grade and two years teaching fifth grade.
I have been married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, for ten years. We have two energetic sons. Our oldest son Brady is seven and just started second grade this year at Dicken Elementary in Ann Arbor. Our other son Cody is almost five and just began the Young-5's program at Dicken as well. We also have a yellow Lab named Marley. He will be twelve in January, but still acts like he is a new puppy! He is the wildest in our family! I am a huge Michigan fan and I love to spend my free time outdoors. Some of my hobbies are; golfing, hiking, camping, and boating.

Hello! My name is Julie Strieter. I am thrilled to have your kiddo on team this year. This is my 18th year of teaching and my 15th year at SMS. I have also taught in Detroit, MI for a half year, Chelsea, MI for a half year, and Blissfield, MI for two years. I have always taught at the middle school level.
I have been teaching sixth grade at SMS for the past 6 years, prior to that I taught 7th grade Social Studies for 3 years, and prior to that I taught the Life Skills: Health and Relationships Curriculum, which was a required class for all students at SMS to take in either 7th or 8th grade, for 6 years.
I am a mama to two amazing kiddos. My son, Otto, is in fourth grade this school year at Heritage and is in Mr. Marshall's class. My daughter, Ava, is in third grade at Woodland Meadows and is in Mr. Perry's class. I also have three fur babies: Bluto, Wheeler, and Feliz. In my opinion, they are the three most phenomenal cats on the planet, but I'm definitely biased. As a family, we love to travel and are working on our bucket list of visiting every National Park and Monument in the country. We were able to check off two parks and three monuments since April 2017. This brings our current total to 3 parks, 1 lake shore, and 5 monuments. We are definitely an outdoors vacation family and love going on new adventures. I am also a HUGE Michigan Football fan and enjoy going to and watching the game on the weekend. You can also find us at the soccer field on Saturday mornings in the Fall and Spring, as both Otto and Ava play for the Rec League for SASA.
